- Place bottom half of the bourbon smoker (with the perforated section down) on top of the glass
- Place metal filter inside wood bourbon smoker
- Fill filter with wood chips (small amount, dont overfill)
- Press and hold the button on the back of the torch and flip the switch on the side from OFF to LOCK and release the button
- Press button again to ignite the torch
- Burn wood chips for a few seconds until they start to smoke
- Place the lid of the bourbon smoker on top to infuse your drink
- Remove the bourbon smoker and enjoy!
- Flip switch on the torch from LOCK to OFF
